Did you know Condo Manager will allow
you to email your collection letters in addition to printing them in
the software? Our paperless management system allows you to send
collection letters by email only if selected or in addition to printing
a physical copy of the collection letter.
First make sure to have an email
addresses entered in to the owners accounts for whom you would like to
have receive their collection letters by email. When you print your
collections letters from the collection follow up screen, click the
“Settings” button in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can
then click the blue hypertext link “Advanced Settings” under “Step 1”
and select from the bottom of this screen whether to “Email documents
instead of printing them.” or to “email documents IN ADDITION of
printing them.”. Please make sure to click “Save” in order for the
software to remember your preference. When it's time to do your
collection follow up, In an effort to continually improve our Property Management Software
and stay on the cutting edge, our developer team has released a public
upgrade to Condo Manager's underlying database systems. The latest
update is one of of many planned for 2011. What all does this mean for
you? simply check the “Start Collection” box and Condo Manager will
automatically check the “Print Letter” box for you. Now all you need to
do is click “Start the Collection Action of Level 1 for the Selected
Owners Below”. The software will then automatically either print the
collection letter only, email the letter only, or both print and email
the letter at once!
You can also repeat the above step for
the rest of your collection steps. Under “Step 2” click the blue
hypertext link “Advanced Settings” and check the box of your
preference. Once again make sure to “Save” your selection. Condo
Manager will then remember your preferences for future use and you will
no longer have to spend your precious time attaching and emailing
these letters one by one to residents. By taking the couple of minutes
to set this up you have easily saved yourself in return several hours
of time.
